In Vasto Marina you will find a suggestive statue considered the symbol of the beach. It represents a woman in a bikini that seems to be about to taking of her swimming suits and to dive into the sea. The statue is 3,60 metres tall, completely made out of bronze, and it weights almost half ton.
It has been realized in the 1979 by the sculptor Aldo D’Adamo. The statue is an homage to all the beautiful ladies that in summer populate the beach.
